Quilling Fringed Flower #2: How to Make Daisy Tutorial and Pattern


Let's give the standard fringing technique in quilling and give it a hair cut. Now we end up with a flower center. I'll also show two other ideas on how to add color to the center without attaching a pre-colored strip to your fringe.

      Hello YesVeeCreations, can you tell me what the problem is in more detail? Did you manage to download the file? After that you would need to IMPORT into Design Space.
